Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa for baking, unsweetened
- 3 cups strong coffee, cold
- 1 cup vanilla or chocolate soy milk with clear
Preparation
1. Place baking dish in 13x9-inch glass in the freezer to cool. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
2. Pour into ice mold; freeze 30 minutes. When you begin to form ice crystals on the edges of the pan, stir the mixture with a fork. Freeze about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until completely frozen
3. Remove the granita from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Scratch the surface with a fork and serve on individual plates for dessert. Decorate to taste.
