Cappuccino Granita


Enjoy this refreshing dessert with the delicious taste of a cappuccino. It can be taken alone or together with grated chocolate, to give an even more intense flavor.

Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa for baking, unsweetened
  • 3 cups strong coffee, cold
  • 1 cup vanilla or chocolate soy milk with clear


Preparation

1. Place baking dish in 13x9-inch glass in the freezer to cool. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix all ingredients.

2. Pour into ice mold; freeze 30 minutes. When you begin to form ice crystals on the edges of the pan, stir the mixture with a fork. Freeze about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until completely frozen

3. Remove the granita from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Scratch the surface with a fork and serve on individual plates for dessert. Decorate to taste.
