Mango Bruschetta

Ingredients


  • 1 baguette, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil
  • 3 tomatoes, diced small
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced small
  • 1/4 red onion, diced small
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp. chopped basil
  • 1 tsp. chopped mint
  • salt and pepper to taste


Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 375 ° F. 
  • Place each slice of bread on a baking sheet. Using a brush, spread each slice of bread with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 
  • Bake 9-11 minutes to brown. 
  • In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. 
  • Place the mango mixture and tomato on each slice of bread and enjoy immediately.

Cuban Burgers

Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's ® or Best Foods ® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Italian bread or ciabatta 4 games over
  • 8 slices of cucumber long
  • 4 patties grilled or broiled
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese


Preparation

Combine Hellmann's ® or Best Foods ® Real Mayonnaise with mustard in small bowl, rub this mixture over the bread. Place pickles on bread, then hamburgers, ham and cheese. Cover with the other half of bread. Wrap each patty in foil and cook over low heat, pressing with a heavy skillet and turning once, until heated through and cheese melts, about seven minutes

American Cheese Sandwich Grilled


This recipe is one of the classic dishes of American food: the grilled cheese on the grill. It's delicious and easy to prepare. Today light dinner and try this recipe.

Ingredients


  • 12 slices of American-style processed cheese (about 8 oz)
  • 8 slices white bread or whole wheat bread
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened


Preparation


1. 3 cheese slices placed in each of the four slices of bread. Top with remaining slices of bread. Spread 1 teaspoon butter on each outer side of the sandwich.

2. Place sandwiches in skillet with the butter side down. Spread remaining butter on sandwiches. Cooking, uncovered, over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until bottom side is lightly browned. Tumble and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until bottom side is golden brown and cheese is melted.
