Ingredients
- 2 ½ cans (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 ½ cans (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cans (15 oz) coconut cream
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 3 eggs
- ½ bottle of white rum (¾ of a liter, better if of Puerto Rico)
- Cinnamon to taste (at least 2 TBSP) cinnamon sticks
- Grated coconut for garnish

Preparation
1. Mix the eggs while adding the milk and continue beating until you get a homogeneous mixture (I like to use blender or electric mixer, I prefer to use a whisk).
2. Add the rum and cinnamon powder.
3. Transfer the mixture to glass bottles and store in the refrigerator.
4. Just before serving (without ice chilled), decorate each glass with grated coconut and clove cinnamon. Serves 8 in small vessels.
