Ingredients
- 1 and 1/4 cup of cracker crumbs Graham style pie.
- 1/3 Softened butter or margarine.
- 1 and 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk.
- 1/2 cup sugar.
- 1/2 cup cornstarch.
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon or lime Key Lime style.
- 1/4 cup lemon juice or lemon type Key Lime.
- 1 container (8 oz) cream (prebatida) fat (frozen whipped topping), thawed.
- A few drops of green food coloring.
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 375 ° F. Mix the biscuit and butter and press mixture into a pie pan. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden. Leave to cool.
2. Mix soy milk, sugar, cornstarch, zest and lemon juice in a saucepan until smooth. Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring until the mixture forms bubbles and thickens. Remove from heat.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Add one cup of cream in a shell. Add a few drops of green food coloring to get a clear tone. Serves on the cover to pay.
4. Covered with the rest of the cream. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
