Chicken Chilaquiles in green sauce


A typical Mexican dish to eat at any time of day.

Ingredients


  • Chicken breast, 20 tomatillos, 1 cup cilantro, ½ onion, 3 cloves garlic, serrano or jalapeno peppers 8, 1cda. chicken broth, pepper, salt, 1cda. cumin and a package of tortillas.


Preparation

For the sauce: Put the washed and peeled tomatillos 20 to boil with ½ onion, three cloves of garlic and chilies 8 elected. Boiled and put in a blender and add a handful of cilantro, and 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 chicken broth and a touch of salt and pepper. Crumble previously boiled chicken. Cut tortillas into triangle and fry in oil . I get fried tortillas in a skillet with oil, add the sauce, boiled chicken and some cheese for grilling. I served in the dish you add more cheese and cream.
