Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 2 guajillo chilies
- 2 ancho chiles
- 1 tomato
- cumin to taste
- garlic and onion to taste
- salt
- lettuce to taste
- a chicken thigh or leg
Preparation
First, prepare a sauce by mixing the peppers with a tomato. Boil it until uqe change color and bathe in that sauce tortillas.
The tortillas are stuffed with cheese. To serve, put the dish with lettuce, add potatoes and steamed carrots. This is accompanied by a piece of chicken fried in oil with onion and garlic.
