Ingredients
- 1 banana (banana), frozen
- ½ cup mango, peeled and diced
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup kefir (drinkable yogurt), and nonfat unflavored
- 1/8 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 tsp. ground flax seed
- honey to taste
- 6 blueberries for decoration
- mint leaves for decoration
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except mint in a blender. Blend until well blended. Serve with some blueberries and mint leaves on top.
