Energy Shake


Join the properties and flavors of mango, banana, blueberries, flaxseed and many more in a single vessel.

Ingredients


  • 1 banana (banana), frozen
  • ½ cup mango, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kefir (drinkable yogurt), and nonfat unflavored
  • 1/8 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 tsp. ground flax seed
  • honey to taste
  • 6 blueberries for decoration
  • mint leaves for decoration


Preparation


Combine all ingredients except mint in a blender. Blend until well blended. Serve with some blueberries and mint leaves on top.
