Ramen Pasta with Meat and Vegetables


A different way of preparing the paste style ramen. In this recipe the dish was accompanied with vegetables and soy sauce.

Ingredients


  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb steak, cut into strips
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package (3 oz) noodle soup mix, beef flavor, style ramen
  • 1 package (16 oz) of fresh vegetables for stir-fry broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, pea pods Oriental (snow pea pods) and peppers
  • 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
  • Sauce 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy


Preparation

1. In a non-stick skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Add beef and cook until baking. Remove and cover.

2. In the same pan, put the kettle on. Break and add the noodles, pour into the water (without seasoning) until half cooked. Add the vegetables and heated to boiling for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir occasionally until tender but crisp.

3. Add the bundle that brings the soup, sauces and meat. Cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently until seasoning.
