Ingredients
- 2 lbs. broccoli florets, halved
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Anchovy Dressing:
- 4 anchovies, chopped
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high and add the broccoli florets. Cabbage seasoned salt and sauté 6-7 minutes to roast broccoli. It is al dente, with a strong color. In a bowl, combine the anchovies, shallots, sherry vinegar, oil and pepper. Mix well and add the broccoli. Stir well and serve hot.
