Strawberry-Watermelon

Ingredients


  • 1 cup diced seedless watermelon
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream low-fat
  • 2 tablespoons organic honey or fructose
  • 1/2 cup soy milk


Preparation


In a blender add all ingredients and beat for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep refrigerated until serving.
