Caesar Salad 'light' with chicken


Are you on a diet but do not want to stop eating healthy and tasty? So enjoy this lighter version of a Caesar salad with chicken.

Ingredients


  • Lemon Dressing and Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Salad

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 cup dried tomatoes in oil, sliced ​​and drained (sun dried tomatoes)
  • 1 boiled egg, chopped
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced ​​(2 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, optional


Preparation
