Ingredients
- Green peppers 10
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons oil
- salt to taste
Preparation
Rinse peppers, remove veins and seeds and cut into pieces. Blanch in boiling water with sugar for 5 minutes. Strain. Heat oil in a pan and fry the peppers for 5 minutes. Season.
