Creamy Chili sauce

Ingredients


  • Green peppers 10
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • salt to taste


Preparation

Rinse peppers, remove veins and seeds and cut into pieces. Blanch in boiling water with sugar for 5 minutes. Strain. Heat oil in a pan and fry the peppers for 5 minutes. Season.
